TERMS OF USE

1. Acceptance of TermsThese Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the use of the Sky Ball: The Orion mobile application for iOS and Android (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), developed and provided by XPLOIT FZE (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"), located in Business Centre,Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.

2. Service ProvisionThe Application is provided on a paid basis and is delivered "AS IS", without any warranties or commitments. The Service Provider reserves the right to:

  • Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time
  • Make changes to the Application's functionality
  • Change the cost of access to the Application
  • Restrict access to the Application without prior notice

Payment grants you a license to use the Application in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Intellectual PropertyAll rights to the Application, including but not limited to code, graphics, and interface, are the property of the Service Provider and are protected by UAE intellectual property laws and international agreements.

4. Usage RestrictionsWhen using the Application, you agree not to:

  • Use the Application for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to bypass technical restrictions of the Application
  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Application without authorization
  • Use the Application in a manner that may disrupt services

5. PrivacyUse of the Application is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. The Application:

  • Does not require user registration
  • Does not collect personal information (emails, names, etc.)
  • Automatically collects only anonymized data for analytics
  • Does not use data for messaging campaigns

6. Third-Party ServicesThe Application uses the following third-party services:

  • Google Play Services
  • Unity
  • Apple Services

Use of these services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer of LiabilityThe Service Provider shall not be liable for:

  • Any losses or damages arising from the use of the Application
  • Inability to use the Application
  • Actions of third parties
  • Malfunction of the Application on specific devices

8. Age RestrictionsThe Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age. By using the Application, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old or have obtained parental/guardian permission.

9. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.

10. Changes to TermsThe Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon publication. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
