This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Sky Ball: The Orion for iOS and Android (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”), developed and provided by XPLOIT FZE. (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”), located at Business Centre,Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

The Application is paid and distributed through Google Play and Apple App Store. All matters related to payments, refunds, subscriptions, purchase data storage, and other transactional information are governed by the policies of the respective app stores and are handled by their support services. The Service Provider does not process payments independently and is not responsible for billing, refunds, or other transactional operations performed through Google Play or Apple App Store.

By using the Application, you agree to the collection and processing of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

The Application does not require user registration and does not collect user-provided data such as email addresses, names, or other personal identifiers.

However, the Application automatically collects certain non-personal information for analytics and performance improvement, including (but not limited to):

Mobile device type and operating system version
IP address (considered personal data in some jurisdictions and may be anonymized by our providers)
Application usage statistics and crash reports

The Service Provider does not use the collected information to send promotional messages, important notices, or technical updates via email or any other channel, as we do not have such contact information.

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the Service Provider processes automatically collected data based on:

Your consent, obtained by accepting this Privacy Policy upon first launch
Our legitimate interests (e.g., analyzing crashes, improving performance, understanding usage trends)

Precise Location Information

The Application does not collect or store precise location data from your device.

Third-Party Access and Services

Only aggregated and anonymized data may be periodically transmitted to third-party services to improve the Application and its features.

The Application uses third-party SDKs and services that have their own privacy policies. These are required for the functionality of the Application:

Unity
Apple App Store

These services may collect information used to identify your device. The Service Provider is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services.

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

In compliance with the CCPA:

The Application does not sell, trade, or rent users’ personal information to third parties
The Service Provider does not allow third parties to collect personal information through the Application for selling or sharing purposes
You may request access or deletion of data collected by third-party services by contacting us at hello@xploit.games

Apple App Store Privacy Requirements

The Application collects the following data categories:

Usage data (analytics)
Diagnostic data (crashes)

Collected data is not used for tracking purposes and is processed only in aggregated or anonymized form.

Data Transfer and Jurisdiction

Your information, including data collected by third-party services, may be stored on servers outside your jurisdiction, including in the United States.

Such transfers are governed by appropriate legal mechanisms, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and Adequacy Decisions, to ensure an adequate level of data protection.

Data processed through Apple services is subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy and may be stored in their data centers.

Data Retention and Deletion

The Service Provider does not maintain a separate database of personal data provided by users.

Automatically collected data is stored by third-party service providers (Google Firebase, Unity, Apple) according to their policies. You may request data deletion by contacting hello@xploit.games, and we will forward the request to the respective provider.

Opt-Out Rights

You may stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application using your device’s standard uninstall process.
